    Corrected from 19 Jul (festival's opening day, not necessarily the band's performance day) — confirmed via a dated recording. Festival translator Chris Parson recalled: "my first year The Stranglers asked for two litres of fresh orange juice to be ready as they went on stage. I mistakenly provided orange juice from a bottle, only to find out that when the manager didn't have freshly squeezed orange juice in jugs he threatened to call off the concert. We had about half an hour to find some oranges on the festival site (at the end of July…), and squeeze enough out of them to fill the jugs. I suppose that was my baptism of fire (you might say baptism of orange juice!)"
